Please help us congratulate Dustin Howell on his recent promotion as Lieutenant

Dustin has been a member of St. Stephens Fire Department for 5 years. He was employed full time with SSFD in April 2019 as an Engineer and awarded Employee of the Year in 2022 and 2023. He received a Lifesaving award in 2023 and currently holds a certification as a NC Certified Fire fighter, NCOEMS Basic EMT, NC Technical Rescuer, NC certified Driver Operator, Level 1 FLSE, Fire Officer 2, Fire Instructor 1, Haz-Mat Responder, CPS technician and other certifications.
